1. What this notice covers

This notice describes the current WINHARBOUR directory code and its browser interactions. Destination websites and hosting services have their own responsibilities and privacy notices. This page does not describe the personal-data practices of the listed gaming brands.

2. Information you enter

The directory has no account-registration, payment, newsletter, review-submission or contact-submission form. It does not ask you to enter your name, email, password, financial details or identification documents. Do not send sensitive account information through unverified channels.

3. Browser storage and controls

The directory uses sessionStorage under the key winharbour.brand-order.v1 to retain the previous arrangement of brand IDs in your browser tab. This lets the order change on refresh. The stored value is a list of brand IDs, not an account identifier, and the directory code does not transmit it to a server. Session storage normally ends when the tab session ends; restored browser sessions may retain it. You can clear website data through your browser settings.

The motion setting, chosen game and current brand selection are held in page memory. They are not stored as a visitor profile. If you choose “Copy website address”, the directory attempts to write that address to your clipboard; it does not read your clipboard.

4. Cookies, analytics and technical requests

The directory code does not set cookies or include analytics tags, advertising pixels, remote fonts or embedded third-party game players. Images and page assets are served with this website. Hosting, network delivery and access-control services may separately process technical request data such as an IP address, requested URL, browser information and timestamps, and may use their own necessary storage. This page does not promise that infrastructure processing is absent.

5. Hosting and provider notices

This website is delivered using Sites hosting and its supporting infrastructure. Provider-controlled processing, security measures, international handling and retention are governed by the applicable provider arrangements and notices. See OpenAI’s privacy notice and Cloudflare’s privacy notice . The directory does not set or verify those providers’ retention periods.

7. Questions, controls and updates

You can clear local website storage in your browser. For data held by a destination or hosting provider, use that organisation’s privacy contact and available rights process. The contact page explains the current limits of the WINHARBOUR enquiry route: a dedicated privacy mailbox is not yet published. Brand support cannot handle privacy requests about WINHARBOUR hosting. This notice will need updating before adding a contact form, analytics or advertising tools.

More clarity before your next step.
